But their universities are far more difficult and rigorous than many American universities. Their computer programming education is equally rigorous and impressive.

Highly-skilled Russian computer programmers are available to solve your problems of finding computer personnel during a time of increasing shortages. They are interested in immigration to America or Europe to work in areas of national shortage.

Also, you can solve your short-term needs by sub-contracts with Russian computer companies. Daily interaction by e-mail and delivery of computer code is possible. No translation is needed for these English speaking programmers.
